- Parents will receive a summary of their child's participation & engagement after each session plus an end of block review
The Worry Jar is more than just a support service; it’s a dedicated path towards emotional strength. Through our carefully curated online nurture groups and personalised one-to-one sessions, we provide the tools young people need to navigate mental health challenges and build a foundation of lasting positivity, self-confidence and personal growth.
Supportive Nurture Groups
Joining our online safe spaces, children and young people can find community, build resilience, and heal through shared experiences.
Typical structure of a 6 week block
Week 1 – Getting to Know Each Other: gentle welcome activities, ice-breakers.
Week 2 – Understanding Feelings: exploring what they look like in our bodies.
Week 3 – Worries & Thoughts: learning child-friendly coping strategies.
Week 4 – Confidence Building: fun tasks that build bravery and strengths.
Week 5–Problem Solving: everyday challenges and personalised toolkits.
Week 6 – Moving Forward: reflecting on learning and closing circle.
